Description

  • Unable to access the instance using SSH
  • Receiving error: Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535

Resolution

Submit a service request through Intel Customer Support for further troubleshooting.

Additional information

Root cause: The user lost access to the BM system via SSH when UFW was turned on and SSH was not opened.
