Description

While playing the game Granblue Fantasy Versus, the game randomly freezes for no reason. The driver is version 4644, and the previous version has the same symptoms.

Resolution

Go to the Download Center and download the driver version newer than 31.0.101.4644, preferably the one marked as Latest.
Cleanly install the downloaded driver. For detailed instructions, check How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
Update the BIOS to the latest version. Contact the Motherboard Manufacturer for installation steps.
Make sure your Operative System is up-to-date.
Reinstall the game.
