How to Renew Reservation End Date for Intel® Developer Cloud Instance?

Description

  • Received reservation expiration notification email from Intel Customer Support.
  • Verified the instance information.
  • Unable to renew reservation end date for the expiring Intel® Developer Cloud instance.

Resolution

  • For Intel® Max Series GPU (PVC) on 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® processors - 1100 series (4x) (Batch Processing/Scheduled access), log into https://console.cloud.intel.com to renew the reservation.
  • Select Launch Instance tab.
  • In the list of instances, select Intel® Max Series GPU (PVC) on 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® processors - 1100 series (4x) (Batch Processing/Scheduled access) and then click on Launch Instance.
  • A lightbox with instance information will pop-up and click on Extend Access.
  • Enter your company name and provide intended use of this instance and then click on Request Access.
  • For other Intel® Developer Cloud instances, reply to the reservation expiration notification email or submit a service request through Intel Customer Support to renew your instance reservation.
