Can OpenVINO™ Toolkit Be Exported to All Countries?

Unable to determine whether OpenVINO™ toolkit is subject to the United States (US) Export Regulations (EAR).

OpenVINO™ toolkit is distributed with Apache* 2.0 license and can be exported to most countries in compliance with the global export compliance shipping requirements, except for the following conditions:

• No shipments, transfers, releases to embargoed countries (Cuba, Iran, Crimea Region of Ukraine, North Korea and Syria)
• No shipments, transfers, releases to entities listed on the Restricted Parties list (RPL). You may export this product to all end users who are not listed in the Denied Persons List.
• Transactions to military, intelligence, nuclear/biochemical, defense, or space (MINDS) end-user or users will require an individual validated export license from the US and may also be required from certain distribution sites.
