Unable to SSH into Bare Metal (BM) Instance Using Corporate or Non-corporate Network

• Initiated SSH connection into BM instance using corporate network
• Encountered error:  ssh: connect to host 146.152.207.15 port 22: Connection timed out kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535
• Updated the SSH config file with correct configuration
• Initiated SSH connection into BM instance using corporate network again
• Encountered the same error
• Removed SSH config file
• Initiated SSH connection into BM instance using non-corporate (own/public) network
• Encountered same error

Submit a service request through Intel Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
