Description

  • Granted access to Intel® Xeon® processors (formerly code named Sapphire Rapids)
  • Received the Cloud Promotion Code via email.
  • Added the Cloud Promotion Code to Promo Code in DevCloud Profile.
  • Received a message:
    Unfortunately, the promotion code you supplied is not valid or already redeemed. Please contact your Intel representative

Resolution

Submit Service Request through Intel Customer Support to get a new Cloud Promotion Code.
