Description

Used the conversion command mo --saved_model_dir /home/obs-56/effi/saved_model to convert TensorFlow* efficientdet-d0 model into IR
Encountered error: Error converting shape to a TensorShape: Failed to convert 'masked_array(data=[1, --, --, 3],mask=[False, True, True, False],

Model has dynamic shapes, hence use OpenVINO™ API 2.0 that supports dynamic shapes and convert the model.
