OpenVINO™ toolkit 2021.4.2 LTS

Description

Unable to unload OpenVINO™ toolkit DLL with FreeLibrary* function.

Resolution

  • Use OpenVINO™ toolkit 2022.1.1 onwards.
  • Call ov::shutdown to unload OpenVINO™ toolkit DLL.
