Datasheet of the 2nd Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors does not show the maximum speed per core with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology enabled.

You can find information on the maximum speed or frequency per Core with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology enabled for the 2nd Generation Intel® Xeon® Processor Scalable Family in its Specification Update document.
