Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) Does Not Detect Drives Connected to the System

• Unable to detect the drives connected to the PCIe switch and drives connected directly from the board.
• Unable to detect drives from PCIe switch but can detect from the board directly.
• Unable to detect drives from the board directly  but can detect from PCIe switch.

Try following the recommendations below. If the issue persists, contact Intel Customer Support.

1. Verify that all cables are properly connected.
2. Reseat the Intel® VROC key.
3. Test the PCIe switch with another slot.
4. Test another PCIe switch.
5. Test another data cable.
