Unable to get display when using USB C port of the Intel® NUC.

Resolution

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Update the Thunderbolt firmware.
  2. Try a different Thunderbolt cable.
  3. If you're using a Thunderbolt adapter (for example, to convert Thunderbolt from the Intel NUC to DisplayPort on a television):
    1. Try a different adapter.
    2. Instead of using an adapter, try a cable that provides the correct input/output for your display.
  4. If issue persists, contact Intel Customer Support for further assistance.
