How to request a review of your Intel® Partner Alliance Membership Role

Description

Previous membership role changed when it was moved to Intel® Partner Alliance. 

Resolution

Roles are designed to group partners based upon their business competencies.  Each role has its own set of requirements and benefits designed to meet the needs of the partners in that role. 

Account roles are:

  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
  • Solution Provider
  • Service Integrator (SI)
  • Manufacturer (ODM, CM, HSI)
  • Distributor
  • Cloud Service Provider (CSP)
  • Independent Software Vendor (ISV)
  • FPGA Design Services
  • Guest

However, we understand that our initial analysis may not have been completely accurate with all role update. To request a review of your status please contact Intel Customer Support (make sure that you are logged in) and include the following information for faster service:

  1. Previously assigned role
  2. Requested assigned role
  3. Reason for request

We will coordinate with the Intel® Partner Alliance team on your behalf. Please allow 2-3 business days.
