How to resolve Internet connectivity issues for Intel® Smart Edge end-user devices that use a Ruckus* LTE access point

Description

No Internet connectivity.

The LED status for the Ruckus* AP:

PWR, EMS, and EPC are On.
SYNC and LTE are Off.

Error Message: CBSD Grant Suspended - Grant suspended due to transmit timer expiry for cell index = 1

Resolution

Update the software on the Ruckus AP. You will need administrator access to the Ruckus AP.

Additional information

With some versions of AP software, there are instances where a grant will not be given because of an interference issue.
