Description

When trying to install drivers for Windows® 10 from Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) but the loading remains stuck at 0%.

Resolution

The issue is caused by the Kaspersky* antivirus software. When the Kaspersky* Anti-Virus is disabled, the available Intel updates are downloaded without issue.

Another suggestion is to try the Firefox* browser if Chrome* and Edge* aren't allowing Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) to scan or download updates correctly.
