Notes
  • Benchmark results depend on the specific platform configurations and workloads utilized in the testing and may not be applicable to any particular user's components, computer system, or workloads. Differences in hardware, software, or configuration will affect actual performance.
  • If possible, check for a specific evaluation guide for your Intel® SSD to determine the proper settings for the test.
  • The parameters below are for general purpose only, and applicable only for Intel® NAND SSDs.
  • Intel does not have a tool to run benchmark tests.

Parameters depending on SSD interface

InterfaceParameter
SATA
  • 1 worker with queue depth equal to 32 for sequential and random.
NVMe
  • 1 worker with queue depth equal to 128 for sequential
  • 4 workers with queue depth equal to 32 for random.

Parameters depending on SSD type

TypeParameter
