Display Won’t Wake From Sleep Using the Intel® NUC

Description

• The display falls asleep and it may not be possible to wakeup the display, unless rebooting or shutting down the NUC
  • The NUC can be set to sleep or never sleep, it doesn't matter, you still can't wake up the display. 

Note This issue can be intermittent and difficult to reproduce. The issue may not be seen on all displays The issue can occur with one or multiple displays connected, but the issue occurs only on the display(s) connected via HDMI The Type C and/or DisplayPort outputs on the Intel® NUC do not have this issue

Resolution

Update the HDMI Firmware (FW). Choose the link for your Intel® NUC.
