Description

When the adapter is connected on the PCI port the system is not booting nor being detected.

Troubleshooting steps:

With the power cable disconnected from the computer, remove the network adapter add-in card.
Test the system with a different add-in card to test if the system boots fine.
Then reinstall the affected card to confirm if the issue is still happening.
