How do I get Video Output in a Server System Based on the Intel® Server Board S1200SP Family?

Unable to find a reseller that sells the only video card that is listed as compatible for the Intel® Server Board S1200SP Family.
The VGA port in the front panel of the Intel® Server System R1304SPOSHORR can be used to connect a monitor. Most of the enterprise- or server-oriented Intel® Xeon® Processors do not have integrated graphics, but the system will not use CPU or GPU graphics. The embedded VGA port in the system in question will use the basic BMC graphics to provide an analog video output.
