Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ensure cabling and integration of the device is correct.
- Check the Compatible Hardware and Operating Systems for the the Intel® Visual Compute Accelerator VCA1283LVV or the Intel® Visual Compute Accelerator 2 VCA1585LMV.
- Refer to the Product Specification and Hardware User Guide for your Intel® Visual Compute Accelerator. Find the guide and related topics, in the support, main, technical website.
- Check the List of Packages for Various Software Releases for Intel® Visual Compute Accelerator.
- If the Intel® VCA came bundled with your system, check with your system manufacturer.
