What are you seeing?

Intel Unite® logs are the debug files the software automatically generates, which include the errors and interactions the devices that are running this application generate.

They are needed while trying to isolate an issue with the application.

Environment:

Intel Unite® 4.X

How to fix it:

In order to find the logs follow the next steps:

  • The Server saves the files at the following location: C:\Users\IntelUniteWebApiPool\AppData\LocalTemp under the following files names:
    • IntelUniteServerLog.txt
    • IntelUniteTransactionLog.txt
    • UniteServerLog.txt
  • The Client and Hub logs are created by default and are called Unite.sql.
  • The mention file is located on C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp
    • This file is an SQLite database, and it can be opened with any SQL Client.

Find all data generated by the application on the table, Logging.
