Why am I not able to change the parameters of the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) under the performance tab after the upgrade to version 16.5.1.1030?

After upgrading Intel® RST to version 16.5.1.1030 the "Performance" tab and its parameters disappeared. 

The ability of changing the settings on the tool are not longer available.

• The Intel® Smart Response Technology (Intel® SRT), the previous version of the Intel® RST, allows the user to change the settings under the performance tab.
• The feature capabilities are not supported with Intel® RST version 16.0 or later driver.
