What am I seeing?

Intel Unite® app version 3.x Client and Hub running Windows® 10 RS4 may lose some touch functionality with certain applications.

How do I reproduce the problem?

  1. Connect to an Intel Unite session using Intel Unite® Client with a touch screen and present to an Intel Unite® hub.
  2. Try to use the touch screen on the client. You'll see that some apps work while others don't.

How to fix it

Install the following Windows® 10 RS4 Update patch on both the Intel Unite® Hub and Intel Unite® Client machines, and then reboot: KB4346783
