How to assign an application, program or game to Radeon* graphics?

Summary

Make an application, program or game to use Radeon™ RX Vega M GL graphics only. Follow these steps to change defaults.

Description

If there is a way to allow or set the preferred graphics processor of a program, overriding the Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK defaults.

Dedicated graphics processing unit (GPU), Radeon™ RX Vega M GL*, does not open games by default.  Would like to force the dedicated GPU to open any application.

Resolution

1. To open, right click on desktop and select Radeon RX Vega M Settings
2. Click on Gaming 
3. Click Add option on the right hand corner 
4. Click on browse, then look for the desires application 
5. Once the application has been added, click on the 3 dots next to it and click on Launch.
