While putting the processor into the computer it was accidentally got thermal paste on the bottom of the processor on the pins specifically.
How to fix it:
To clean the processor's contacts, wipe off using paint brush, smooth cloth or soft-bristled toothbrush. Follow the instructions below to clean the processor.
- Use a delicate task wiper that is anti-static polyshield
- Prepare Isopropyl alcohol
- Dip the wiper in the isopropyl alcohol and gently remove the TIM from the surface of the processor
