Fix for Chromebook* and iOS versions message: Can't connect with the server
A key difference exists between the Intel Unite® Client for Chromebook* and iOS devices versus Android/Windows. It's the way you have to define the Intel Unite® server when manually entering the address. If you add the address incorrectly, it displays a message like the following when entering a PIN:
In order to fix this problem, you need to delete the http:// or https:// from the server address defined on the settings. This example shows an incorrectly entered address:
Remove the https:// so it only includes unite.boiseschools.org according to their own domain (This address is just an example).
