Intel® Optane™ memory is a system acceleration solution that can be used to increase responsiveness on supported Intel platforms with Intel® Rapid Storage Technology software.

Important Note

If it is not clear if Intel Optane memory is in your system and you are getting error messages related to this product:
- Refer to How to Confirm If Intel® Rapid Storage Technology/Intel® Optane™ Memory Is Being Used in My System, or
- Contact your system vendor to determine which module (Intel® Optane™ Memory M Series or Intel® Optane™ Memory H Series) is in your system.
The Intel® Optane™ Memory H10 with Solid State Storage device is available as part of a complete system. If you find issues or a need to disable acceleration, such as reinstall the OS or back up data, we strongly recommend you work with your system vendor before changes are made. There may be system customizations specific to the platform.
