You can make a warranty replacement request within 30 days of purchase through your place of purchase.
Standard warranty replacement is available 30 days after the purchase date. You can contact Intel directly if your place of purchase, or Intel® Authorized Distributor isn't able to process your request.
You must return non-functional or defective parts within 30 days of the replacement request, or the order for replacement parts will be canceled.
Obtaining warranty service
The following information is required to process warranty requests:
- Proof of purchase
- Email address of customer
- Name of product
- Product code
- Serial number-Spec + FPO for processors
- Description of problem
- Shipping address
