On July 29, 2011, Intel announced that it will no longer manufacture the Intel® PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter. The available support options include:

This adapter has a limited lifetime warranty, and you will still be able request an RMA for defective parts. See questions and answers below.

What if I have problems with my Intel PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty?
Yes. The Intel PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter has a limited lifetime warranty.

Where can I get assistance for Intel PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter after December 31, 2016?
Effective December 31, 2016, e-mail, chat, and phone support will no longer be provided for these adapters. If you need technical support or other information on these adapters, you will need to go to the Intel support site. Web-based support will end after December 2016.
