RosettaNet (XML) Invoicing

Intel’s Supplier Payables organization has implemented technology that allows RosettaNet (XML) invoicing from Suppliers. XML Invoicing is a process by which invoices are submitted electronically to Intel, rather than in paper form through the mail. XML invoicing provides many advantages to Intel suppliers.

Benefits

  • Increased on-time payment
  • A touchless process that eliminates manual data entry, thereby reducing errors
  • Invoice can be automatically processed by the Intel's systems with no need to retrieve the data from a repository or website
  • Lower administrative costs
  • No mail float
  • Faster response times to incorrect invoices

Criteria for Suppliers to be considered for XML invoicing

  • Must submit at least 50 invoices per month
