Supplier is responsible for creating and maintaining Work Orders for their employees that need
unescorted Intel site access and/or Intel network access in order to provide services. Workers
may only have access on an as-needed basis.
A Work Order must:
•
•
•
reflect the actual duration the worker needs access to provide services – not duration of
SOW or contract... unless worker is expected to provide services for that full duration
be created for current engagement only for workers that need intermittent access (i.e.
quarterly maintenance, ad hoc services, backup worker)
• Work Orders for workers who need access less than monthly must be closed
between times access is required, unless significant business impact is defined
• A closed Work Order can be reopened if the SOW under which the worker was
originally engaged is in Approved status. Supplier can request the Sponsor of the
SOW to reopen the Work Order for that specific worker and then extend end
date as needed.
be ended if worker leaves engagement earlier than originally documented (Supplier to
update end date of Work Order)
