Supplier Safety Assessment and Verification
At Intel, we are committed to safety and protecting people, property and the environment. The importance of safety extends to our suppliers and their employees that work at Intel sites. In 2018 a new safety assessment requirement was implemented. It is applicable to all suppliers with contingent workers who perform potentially hazardous work on Intel campuses. Suppliers who meet the pre-qualification screening questions are expected to complete an online safety assessment and verification. This online assessment is performed by a third party (ConstructSecure.) Intel has partnered with ConstructSecure for ten years and utilized their safety assessments in several areas of our supply chain. We are now expanding this capability to other areas of our supply chain. ConstructSecure is the system of record to confirm suppliers are meeting the minimum safety requirements. You can begin your enrollment at http://www.constructsecure.com/intelsupplier by clicking the create account button. You will need to provide your company safety data in the incident and injury tab, answer the questions in the safety management systems and safety program elements tabs and finally upload the safety documentation requested. Please direct any enrollment questions to ConstructSecure at support@constructsecure.com To help you become familiar with the Safety Assessment program Webinars are being provided which covers an overview of the application, the most efficient way to input data, and how you benefit from being a member. Webinars are on Tuesdays at 10:30 EST and Wednesdays at 2:30 EST.
