Access the runtime software packages for the Intel® FPGA Programmable Acceleration Card (Intel® FPGA PAC) N3000.

  • Step 1 - Select Download - Intel® Acceleration Stack Version 1.1
  • Step 2 - Select Configuration (Download compatible configuration)
  • Step 3 – Download Mandatory Updates
    • Note: If using Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.4 on N3000-1, please download Intel Acceleration Stack Version 1.3.1

Purpose:
Smaller footprint package for software development of runtime host application and deployment.

Intel® Quartus® Prime software and interfaces:
Not required. Pre-compiled binaries and FPGA images provided in the release.
For FPGA Development support, download the Intel® Acceleration Stack v1.3.1 Development Installer and install the Intel® Quartus® Prime components using the following command:sudo ./n3000-1.3.8-3-dev-el7-setup.sh-y -t quartus source --owner

Validated operating system:
10 GbE:

  • CentOS version 7.6, Kernel 3.10 and 4.19.
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) version 7.6, Kernel 3.10.
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.4, Kernel 4.18 with support for real-time kernel. (Please follow 1.3.1 download instructions)

25 GbE:

  • CentOS version 7.6, Kernel 3.10 and 4.19
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) version 7.6, Kernel 3.10
  • Red Hat version 8.2, Kernel 4.18 with support for real-time kernel. (Please follow 1.3.1 download instructions)

BD-NFV-N3000-1 (10 GbE)
BD-NVV-N3000-2 (25 GbE)
