Course Registration

Registration instructions
  1. Go to the catalog page.
  2. Search for the instructor-led or online course that matches your criteria.
  3. Click on Register Now. 
  4. Login to My Intel using your username and password. 
  5. If you do not have a My Intel profile, you will need to create a Basic Intel Account.


Check the status of your register courses
  1. You can check the status of your registered course by logging into your My Intel profile, and select Intel FPGA Training in the menu.
  2. Select Manage My Courses in the left navigation menu.



Payment and Cancellation


Payments - North America

  1. Payments can be made by purchase order or credit card. 
  2. Detailed instructions will be provided by email after the registration process.


Cancellation - North America

  1. To cancel your registration for an instructor-led/virtual class course, you must inform Intel at least 5 business days before the course is scheduled to start.
  2. You will receive a refund or credit if you cancel or reschedule at least one week prior to the start of class. The refund will show on your credit card within 30 days.
  3. You will receive training credit for another course if you cancel on or after the 5th day prior to the course commencing. 
  4. Intel reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes one week prior to the scheduled date and will inform you one week prior to the cancellation. The refund will show on your credit card statement within 30 days.

Seat Confirmation

  1. North America payments must be received one week before the start date of a course. 
  2. Your course enrollment is guaranteed and your seat for the course is confirmed when the amount due has been paid.














Access Denied Error

What should I do if I receive an Access Denied error message when I try to register for a course?
  1. Submit  a support ticket through the website feedback form.



Course name mismatch

What should I do if the course name in an email confirmation does not match the course topic on a web page?
  1. Clear your browser cache.
  2. Close all browser windows.
  3. Open a new browser window.
  4. Navigate to the course page.
  5. If you are still having issues, you can report the problem through the website feedback form.

Online course does not play

What should I do if the online course does not play?
  • Senario 1 - The online course does not play while it is being downloaded
  • Senario 2 - After downloading and extracting the contents of the the zip file, the page does not launch when you clicked on presentation.html.
  • If either of the above issues occur, report the issue through the website feedback form.
