Resolution
A patch is available to fix this problem for the Quartus II software versions 12.0 SP2. Download and install device patch 2.dp10 from the related solution below.
Alternatively, if you are using device patch 2.dp9 and cannot use device patch 2.dp10, download and install device patch 2.dp9c from the appropriate links below. You must install device patch 2.dp9 before installing device patch 2.dp9c.
- Download the version 12.0 SP2 patch 2.dp9c for Windows (.exe)
