When I select one of the following TSE IP core variation:
1. 10/100/1000Mb Ethernet MAC with 1000BASE-X/SGMII PCS
2. 1000BASE-X/SGMII PCS

Solution:
This critical warning can be safely ignored in Quartus® II software version 11.0. This critical warning will not impact any functionality of the Triple Speed Ethernet IP core. If you wish to avoid from getting this critical warning, please avoid using the TSE core variants and MAC options shown above.
This critical warning will be fixed in future release.
