Recovered Clock Not Supported for Arria V GT Designs

This errata affects the Triple-Speed MegaCore function.

The MegaCore function does not support recovered clock for designs that target Arria V GT devices. The Quartus II software fails to fit and merge the transceivers when the rx_recovclkout clock is connected to an output pin.

This issue affects all design that target Arria V GT devices.

Manually assign the transceiver channels away from the bottom-most triplet for designs targeting Arria V GT devices.This issue will be fixed in a future version of the Triple-Speed Ethernet MegaCore function.
