    No, Mixer II IP Core of Intel® FPGA Video and Image Processing Suite does not support interlaced video.

    Resolution

    Convert the interlaced video to progressive by using Deinterlacer II IP Core before sending it to Mixer II IP Core within Intel® FPGA Video and Image Processing Suite.
