You can safely ignore this message, or you can run the installation manually from the command line instead of using the GUI shortcut.
For example:
- Open a command prompt in Windows
- Execute "c:\intelFPGA\17.1\quartus\dsp_builder\setupMatlabClassPath.bat install "c:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015b" "c:\intelFPGA\17.1\quartus\dsp_builder"
(replace the paths with your own paths)
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future Intel Quartus Prime software release.
