In Remote System Update, it may sometimes cause reconfigurations to fail, and it will require a power cycle of the Intel® Stratix 10 to recover for configuration. This problem may be seen at a low probability while reconfiguration is repeated with driving nCONFIG.
This problem applies to either Active Serial Configuration modes, or Avalon-ST configuration modes.
To workaround this problem, use the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.2 and download and install patch 0.18fw from the links below.
You must install the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.2 stware before installing this patch:

Download the Readme for the version 19.2 patch 0.18fw (.txt)
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a further release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
