What does “Not Applicable” indicate in the Pin Tolerance – Power-Up / Power-Down tables of Intel® Arria® 10, Intel® Stratix® 10, and Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX User Guides?

In these Tables, the phrase “Not Applicable” indicates that the case is not acceptable and not allowed. These Tables present a binary outcome – a checkmark indicates (subject to any indicated note) that the condition is acceptable and will cause no problems. A hyphen (“--“) indicates that the condition is not acceptable and is not supported.

The wording of these tables is planned to be clarified in a future release.
