Is the PWRMGT_ALERT signal generated by Intel® Stratix® 10 devices active high or active low?

When the PWRMGT_ALERT signal is enabled in Intel® Stratix® 10 devices operating in PMBus slave mode, by default the signal will be weakly pulled high and when issuing an ALERT, the Intel Stratix 10 device will pull PWRMGT_ALERT low. Hence this signal can be considered active Low.
