Do Intel® Stratix® 10 devices support the PULSE_NCONFIG JTAG instruction?

An alternative option is to use the Intel Stratix 10 remote update flow in Active Serial configuration mode with a dummy application image and trigger a reconfiguration via the Mailbox Client Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP Core using the RSU_IMAGE_UPDATE command, which has opcode 0x5C. This can be used to initiate a reconfiguration through user logic or System Console, provided your design has this IP instanced.
