Can the Intel® Stratix® 10 device voltage rails in Power Down Sequence Group 3 be combined with Group 2, if they share the same voltage?

In the AN692: Power Sequencing Considerations for Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX, Intel Arria®10, and Intel Stratix® 10 Devices, version 17.1, it states "For Intel Cyclone 10 GX and Intel Arria 10 devices, you can combine and ramp up Group 3 power rails with Group 2 power rails if the two groups share the same voltage level..."

This also applies to Intel Stratix 10 devices.

Workaround/Fix 

You can combine voltage rails in Group 3 and Group 2 for Intel Stratix 10 devices, if these rails share the same volatge .
