The Mercury+ AA1 system-on-chip (SoC) module combines Intel� FPGA's Arria� 10 SoC FPGA with integrated ARM* dual-core Cortex-A9 (up to 1.5 GHz) with fast DDR4 SDRAM, eMMC flash, quad SPI flash, Gigabit Ethernet PHY and an RTC, all in a package measuring just 74 x 54 mm. The module's 286 user I/Os, up to 8 GByte SDRAM, 8 GByte eMMC flash and 64 MByte quad SPI flash combine to form a truly high-performance processing unit. A myriad of interfacing options are also available: 12 MGTs with a data transfer rate of up to 8 and 12.5 Gbps, PCIe Gen3 x4/Gen2 x8, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. As well as having long-term availability, the AA1 is also available in industrial temperature grade, and needs just a single 5-15 V supply for operation.
