Junction temperature range
Displays the junction temperature range of the device selected on the Device dialog box..
- Minimum temperature— Displays the minimum allowable junction temperature of the device, in degrees Celsius. You can select a minimum allowable junction temperature for supported devices only.

- Maximum temperature— Displays the maximum allowable junction temperature of the device, in degrees Celsius. You can select a maximum allowable junction temperature for supported devices only. Maximum temperature is used in slow-corner timing analysis.
