Junction temperature range

Displays the junction temperature range of the device selected on the Device dialog box..

  • Minimum temperature— Displays the minimum allowable junction temperature of the device, in degrees Celsius. You can select a minimum allowable junction temperature for supported devices only.

  • Maximum temperature— Displays the maximum allowable junction temperature of the device, in degrees Celsius. You can select a maximum allowable junction temperature for supported devices only. Maximum temperature is used in slow-corner timing analysis.

Note: If you open a Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software project in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software, and that project contains unsupported junction temperature setting values, you can modify these settings by clicking Assignments > Settings > Operating Settings and Conditions > Temperature. Click OK, and then click Yes when prompted to update the values.
