CAUSE: The specified DSP block multiplier WYSIWYG primitive forms a scan chain with the indicated DSP block multiplier WYSIWYG primitive. However, the DSP block output WYSIWYG primitives they're connected to have different operation modes.

ACTION: Disconnect the specified WYSIWYG DSP block multiplier primitive from the scan chain, or change the OPERATION_MODE parameter to have the same value as the other WYSIWYG DSP block multiplier primitives in the scan chain.
