ID:15699 Output buffer atom "<name>" uses <name> port, which must be connected to <name> port on the corresponding termination logic block atom

CAUSE: The specified output buffer atom uses the specified on-chip termination (OCT) related port, but the port is not connected correctly. The seriesterminationcontrol and parallelterminationcontrol ports on the output buffer must all connect to the same termination logic block or must all be left unconnected.

ACTION: Locate the specified port and connect it to the corresponding output from the same Termination logic block to which the other ports are connected. If you do not want to manually associate this output buffer with a termination logic block then disconnect the specified port.
