ID:14134 PLL "<name>" of type <type> cannot be in <mode>

CAUSE: You specified a mode for the specified fast PLL; however, the mode cannot be implemented in a fast PLL. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .

ACTION: Locate the source of the message to determine which megafunction parameter is causing the error and specify a legal mode for the fast PLL. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Intel recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager command to specify legal parameter values for megafunctions.
