ID:14151 Can't implement <name> parameter in PLL "<name>" because counter is set to bypass mode

CAUSE: The specified PLL has the specified parameter, but the parameter is not supported when the counter is set to bypass mode (that is, the <counter name> _MODE parameter is set to BYPASS). Analysis & Synthesis is ignoring the specified parameter. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .

ACTION: To avoid receiving this message in the future, remove the parameter or set the <counter name> _MODE parameter to ODD or EVEN. Intel recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager command to specify legal ports and parameter values for megafunctions.
