CAUSE: The specified WYSIWYG gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver channel primitive is not in 8B10B mode (that is, the USE_8B10B_MODE parameter is set to FALSE) and the CHANNEL_WIDTH parameter set to 8 or 16, but has an illegal value for the RUN_LENGTH parameter. The RUN_LENGTH parameter must be set to a multiple of 4 if the WYSIWYG GXB receiver channel primitive is not in 8B10B mode and the CHANNEL_WIDTH parameter is set to 8 or 16.
